This BSI Medium Catering First Aid kit and comes complete in its own stylish blue first aid box. It contains blue detectable plasters which are compliant to the Food & Hygiene Regulations SI 1990 No.1431 and this kit is ideal for use in any food preparation area or kitchen.
According to the BSi 8599:
1 standards this kit is suitable for a low risk environment where there are between 25-50 persons present, or in a high risk environment where there are between 5-25 persons present. It contains first aid products suitable for treating minor cuts, grazes, burns as well as providing a basic resuscitation face shield and emergency blanket for the treatment of shock.
